Hey folks. I'm putting the Sweden save on hold as I wasn't finding the motivation to keep going, 3 straight titles had blown the wind out of my sails for what I hoped would be a long term challenge. Taking inspiration from a few twitter posts and a save I've been following on the SI Forum, I want to go back and try something long term and detailed. So with that in mind, I'm asking for some help with some metrics to help define and measure long term success at club level. I've taken over King Faisal Babes in the Ghanaian 2nd tier and the long term goal is obviously continental success and progression with the national team (I'd consider that job, just not for a good while down the line) So far, I have: I plan on recording all staff moves (i.e any staff member that leaves my club for someone new, not a staff member that I either refuse to renew or outright dismiss) and career progression for any young talent that I sell on. Since posting that image, I've added season tickets and prize money. Is there anything obvious that I'm missing?

- Estimated Value - Season ticket holders
Are two that I usually include mate, but you seem to have the rest well covered. It really depends on what you want to track. Average squad age is something I find useful to look back on, but I know most most care one jot!
Great to see an African save floating around too. Another place that is overlooked by 99% of the FM community.

I've sat since yesterday evening, essentially wasting most of my weekend off, trying to figure out where to start. I ruled out the Caribbean because of the shitty NACL being completely geared towards the MLS/Mex teams and Oceania being a bit too much of a grind to nowhere. I wanted to do Asia, preferably the middle east, but the game seems to run out of regen names very quickly there and it absolutely destroys the immersion when you get 5 players each intake with the same surname or the complete same name. Africa is potentially a bit OP and I wont hide from the fact that in picking Ghana I've given myself a slightly easier time due to the quality of regens I'll at least eventually get, but it should be good fun.

Sponsorship money is also a good one to keep track of over a period of time.

Good one Dale, I don't think I've ever done that, it would've been a nice thing to track in my FM19 save of TeBe Berlin, as we grew from 5th division minnows to the biggest German club. I'll have it in mind for my next rags to riches save.

End of season 1 and player count has rocketed up to 125k, which could grind my game to a halt. Gonna give it a while and see if it speeds up, failing that it'll be time to restart with less leagues
