2024 Youth Intake Here is this year's intake: A pretty mixed bag: a few candidates who look good in terms of potential, but with terrible personalities (I'm looking at you, Juan Jose Rodriguez). The physicals on these candidates is also pretty shocking, as we'll see. Getting another promising keeper in the pipeline is promising, but I was looking forward to getting some wingback candidates in. Instead...that's a lot of AM/STs, which I have a glut of in my youth system as it is. I may need to find another HoYD to try to get some more positional diversity. Here are the top prospects:Juan Jose Rodriguez: I sort of like his tekkers and mentals (other than that goddamn determination), but good lord, another unambitious personality? He's also slow, weak, and can't jump. Yeesh. We'll see what mentoring does, I guess.Angel Carnero: Another promising keeper, which is nice. He's already as good of a shot-stopper as Maximiliano Herrera, but his distribution needs a lot of work. This is a nice dilemma to have, though.Lucas Morganella: We're going to have to work on his passing, as with his PPMs he's more cut out to be an AM or a DLF. Good starting mentals, but awfully poor physically, and I don't know what to make of "Likes Ball Played Into Feet."Rodrigo Gomez: Unambitious again, and those physicals.
