Yeah he's also kicking up a stink over not playing. The punchline for the Chambers issue is i had offered him a contract just before he came to me and after the chat he went on to accept it. He'll be looked after. Lindsay might see next season. See what mood I'm in come January 😬
Playing on the jan update as Hull City, means we dont have Bowen, and our aim was to avoid the drop. Also Hulls owner is looking to sell.
We managed to end season in a mid table position, we got a new board who wiped off 50m debt, but thats all he has done (says promotion from within)
he also increased my %age of fees that goes towards budgets from 10% to a whooping 25%
Our brexit rules seem to have work permits for all non UK players, meaning as a championship siide with little money, We will have to look to Scotland and lower leaguues for cheaper options? (though does seem I can get frees in without work permits??? (some))
Alsp QPR and Wigan going up first season on FM..seems strange!
So, after a few false-starts, I've started a save in the MLS, which i will start posting about soon. In the meantime, can I get quick explanation on how the hell all the squad rules work? I got the there's a salary cap and some designated players don't count towards it, but that's as far as I've grasped so far.
in the jan update they start as semi pro to reflect the change which was announced in November.
Fans voted to chnged to semi pro/pro mainly so they can get compensation for players who go on to bigger better things, rather than lose em on a free - I think the Andrew Robertson is the highlight of that decision, Also I think there is a fear they could drop out the football league now the trapdoor is open
Not even at the January transfer window and I'm ready to lose the plot with 'interested' clubs. Tempted to just accept bids whether it leads to a bidding war or not. Only thing stopping me is it will affect any progress in Europe.
