Yeah, Russia is quite fun and despite my third season being an absolute shitshow, I'm trying to persevere until the full game is out and then I can start something properly. We lost a lot of money, but Krasnodar have a tycoon that I didn't realise, so we get £45m invested every season, so let's just say finances are not an issue for some of the clubs  |

 3rd place in season 1, 2nd place in season 2. knockout stages of the Europa League at both times of asking. Season three our form turned to shit and our tactics (and every other tactical style I tried) just didn't work. Not sure if I'll stay in the same save and get a new job or go try something else. I don't think I need the full release for any immediate save ideas, so we'll see |

I'm not entirely sure what I'll do when the game fully launches. My Krasnodar save, like the few saves I've had before it, would appear to be dying in season 3. Built a team to suit my tactics and style over the last 2 seasons, it now doesn't work. hi, modern day jose mourinho
edit: saying that, thats how long my Kharkiv beta session was.

Is FM22 worth checking out yet, or should I wait and see how the full release looks? To be honest, in its current state it just feels like FM21 to me. Now, a lot of people on twitter and that sort of scene are talking about how improved they've found it, how much better the match engine is etc but for me, it just feels the same. I'm having all the same issues with this game as I had with the last one, all the same things that made me sack it off and go back to playing Championship Manager for a bit of fun instead and I can already feel that urge coming back. |

The game is out tomorrow, so I'd wait for that to start a save.
It doesn't feel massively different to me compared to FM21, and now that some non-terrible skins are coming out I'm starting to like it better.
It does seem more difficult this year though!

Interesting...some of the comments here actually seem kind of promising, in terms of needing to balance fitness and morale/team cohesion. Makes me feel a need to rethink my training approach to incorporate more regular endurance training, rather than purely on-the-ball sessions, and it might reduce the ability to use the extra sessions all the time. I also like the change to the intake UI, and we'll see about the data hub.
Has anyone noticed the touted changes to the pressing AI? That would make a huge difference in which tactics work or don't.
I'll probably take a punt on it today, since I'm recovering from my third COVID-19 jab and am quite bored, while tomorrow it'll be back to work. Guess I'll screw around with Spurs until they fix some of the early access bugs, then start a proper journeyman save.

Ok, just started a journeyman save in South America and loaded a bunch of European leagues as well for later options. Hungarian manager Tobor Lazslo is going to start off in June 2021 by managing Universidad de Concepcion in Chile, who are currently 10th in the second tier Campeonato Jugeaenlinea.com after 13 matches. Once we have a proper game updates thread I'll post a bit more thoroughly there, but I havent' done a journeyman save in ages and am very excited.

Ok, just started a journeyman save in South America and loaded a bunch of European leagues as well for later options. Just an FYI, Peru is currently bugged according to Shrewnaldo/Twitter. Something to do with a massive point deduction for the team that wins the Apetura because the game can't calculate playing time for youngsters or some registration issue. It was present in the beta and by all accounts hasn't been fixed in the launch. |

It was present in fm21. The rule for youngsters was hidden too iirc.
Fm20 rule wasnt hidden.
There was a lulz screenshot of almost everyteam getting a 24 point deduction. Ill see if i can find it out.
You could prolly win league if you played yth players but lost everygame

In Chile we have a youth players minutes rule and it's been well implemented since FM 19 I think? Maybe earlier. I haven't noticed any problemas with it since I recall playing on Chile on all FM versions at least a bit. Haven't tried 22 yet, as I'll buy it tomorrow probably.

Not only that the assitant reccomends it, but also that you could appeal cards, if you think they were a mistake. Having refs commit mistakes and being able to recognize them and appeal when you can. |

Also, I think there might be a serious bug in Chile...we won the Promotion Playoff but seem to be on course to play another season in the second tier. And only one team is going down from the Premier Division when it should be two?
