What board objectives do you most hate/love to see when selecting a club?
I really don't care for "sign high reputation players," as I prefer to build a solid youth pipeline and also never know what "high reputation" means for a non-superclub. The playing style ones can also be finicky, especially "play attacking football."

I'd usually try and get rid of "sign high reputation players" if it's ever there, and I'll try to get rid of any "play defensive/play attacking" football depending on the team I have, the same with any age based restrictions.
However, I've found every board so far unwilling to compromise on any objectives so far, so I'm sitting in Serbia as neither of the Belgrade sides, somehow expected to sign high profile players...

Is it required or favoured though?

High profile players is one I try to get rid of myself as well. Luckily the game states in the scouting report whether a player qualifies for this objective (it used to at least, but I expect it to be in FM22 too).
I also had a save with FC Vaduz ruined last year because I didn't sign enough players from Liechtenstein, which was very frustrating. All the decent ones were already in my team, and I could not trick the board by just signing some random crappy Liechtensteiners. This ended up in them blocking all my other transfers. This is not necessarily a problem when playing in countries with a wealth of talent available, but you can't really rely on FC Balzers producing quality players.
